How do I get a price estimate before booking?

Simply enter your pick-up address and destination in the form above — our calculator instantly shows an estimate based on the official fares of the canton of Neuchâtel (CHF 6.50 base fare + CHF 4.00/km during the day). The estimate takes into account the journey type and departure time (rate T1 day / T2 night).

Can I book a taxi at the last minute?

Yes, you can book up to a few minutes before departure via our form or by calling 032 724 12 12. For airport transfers, we recommend booking 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability of a suitable vehicle.

Can I modify or cancel my booking online?

Yes. After booking, you receive an email with your booking code (e.g. TC-4X7K2R) and direct links to modify or cancel. You can also find your booking at /en/reservation/suivi/ with your code and last 4 phone digits. Cancellation is free up to 2 hours before pick-up.

How will my booking be confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation by email and/or SMS within minutes of your request. Our team may also call you back to confirm details. You get a unique code (TC-XXXXXX) to track your journey at any time.
