General conditions for our quotes
- Our quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Until your final confirmation, no vehicle is reserved.
- Unless otherwise stated, payment is collected at the start of the first journey.
- Driver expenses (meals, drinks, overnight stays) as well as taxes, occasional tolls and parking fees are the client's responsibility.
- A supplement is charged for any overrun in kilometres and/or time.
- Passengers are asked to take great care of the vehicle provided.
- A supplement will be charged for any additional cleaning required. The same applies to any damage caused.
- For your safety and comfort, our drivers are subject to the OTR (Federal Ordinance on Working and Rest Periods for Professional Drivers); this regulation is mandatory and strictly observed under all circumstances.
Cancellation fees
Once your booking is confirmed, the following cancellation fees apply:

| Less than 72 hours in advance | 40% of the booking amount |
| Less than 48 hours in advance | 60% of the booking amount |
| Less than 24 hours in advance | 80% of the booking amount |
| Once the journey has begun | 100% of the booking amount |
